Traditionally speaking, building a Trusted-Relationship usually follows the progression of "like, know, and THEN, trust." In traditional "One to One Meetings," professionals typically adhere to this mindset and strategy. However, in a "Connect, Serve, and Ask One to One Meeting," the emphasis shifts to intentionally establishing trust. By dedicating time to earning trust, "like and know" will naturally evolve.

The KEY METRIC for success within the H7 Community is establishing 5 Champion Relationships (or Trusted-Relationships) during your first year of membership. Achieving this greatly enhances your chances of success in word-of-mouth marketing. Connect, Serve, and Ask One to ones can get you there.

A Champion Relationship is a type of Trusted-Relationship in which you meet monthly, guided by a specific agenda aimed at making introductions to each other's prospects.

A Connection is defined as "offering to help connect someone via an email or LinkedIn message introduction to their ASK," or "offering assistance once you or both of you have established some level of trust."

An "Ask" refers to a Center of Influence (COI) or a Prospect that you might approach. A COI is a professional targeting the same market as you, but operates in a different field.

We define an "Introduction" as a highly valuable act of connecting a fellow professional to their requested "prospect" or "COI" through a well-crafted email introduction.
